Youth Summer Camp at Eagle Sky of the Ozarks

Kids from Living Word love going to Camp Eagle Sky. Well, let’s call it what it is, this is a resort masquerading as a summer camp. There are lights, lasers and fog machines during worship. Jet skis, blob jumping platforms and an Astroturf island make recreation in the lake top notch. And the lodging… well, it’s still bunk beds, but they’re pretty amazing too.

We’ll take kids to summer camp with other Methodist friends from the region right after school ends: June 5-10 (Monday – Saturday). Living Word families and friends should use the code “Living Word 23” to receive our discount. If you register for camp by January 31, you’ll also receive the early bird discount ($100). That drives the cost down to $350 for the week – and it’s worth every penny. Your kids will come back filled with memories, stories, and a whole lot of Jesus. Plus – Living Word will coordinate the transportation to and from camp for all the participants, so you’ll show up with friends and have an amazing week.

Parents – if you want in on the action, you can come along for free by volunteering to be a camp counselor for the week. You get to experience camp alongside the kids, lead the discussions, and still participate in all the fun activities. Email Andy if you’re available to join us for the week.

This camp is uncommonly good. Friends are always welcome… there’s really no reason not to come. If you have any questions – ask Andy Langdon, Director of NextGen Ministries or Pastor Dave  Israel – they both love camp and will definitely talk you into it.
